From the moment a store signs up for everywhereBridal, it is immediately ready to send SMS and eMail which are the two most common and efficient methods to communicate with customers.

everywhereBridal has a template editor allowing messages, both SMS & eMail to be created for re-use.  eMails templates are 100% HTML email.  Template eMails may include hyperlinks and even Customer merge codes to give each a personal touch, resulting in great looking effective emails.  These templates are created to be reused over & over by store employees, saving the shop consultants many hours of composing the same email types over and over.

And to top it off it maintains a detail communications log for EACH customer allowing for almost instant access to all past communications.
